Northern writer-director Samantha is a Breakthrough BAFTA Cymru nominee, recent screen projects include short ‘Jelly’ (Ffilm Cymru/BBC Wales/Mad as Birds) and BAFTA nominated original comedy drama ‘Mincemeat’ for Channel 4/Blacklight.
Recent theatre credits include Our Town Needs a Nandos at Liverpool’s Everyman Playhouse.
She is currently developing her first feature supported by Ffilm Cymru and TV projects for Channel 4 Drama and Story Collective.
She was also recently selected as a BFI Flare x BAFTA mentee and for BBC Welsh voices.

Ray
Rachel Wilson: they/them
COMPANY DIRECTOR | PRODUCER
Ray is a queer, disabled producer based in the West Midlands. Their recent screen projects include short film ‘Jelly’ (Ffilm Cymru, BBC Wales, Mad as Birds). Winner of the 2022 Chapter Queer Prize, Iris Prize Best of British selection and broadcast on BBC 2 Wales & Channel 4.
Ray's next project ‘The Girl with the Haunted Vagina' is currently on its festival run including Norwich Film Festival, FilmQuest, Dead of Night, Soho Horror Festival, Black Sunday and Chapter Queer Prize (Runner up).
They currently have several shorts in development, including a queer period horror film supported by Ffilm Cymru and BBC Wales. They are currently Shadowing Producer for Roughcut TV’s We Might Regret This (BBC Comedy).
Ray is a BAFTA Connect member and was also recently selected for the BFI Creative Producer Lab and BBC Comedy Collective.

Katie Bonham

WRITER, DIRECTOR, PRODUCER
Katie is a short film and theatre writer-director, and recipient of the Melies D'Argent award. Recent screen projects include surreal comedy drama 'Selfie Stick' for BBC4, and 'Midnight' for Bloody Disgusting’s ‘Bloody Bites TV’ and 'Scream TV'.
Katie has recently added Producing to her rosta of work, with her first collaboration with Panad as Assistant Producer for BFI funded short film 'The Girl with the Haunted Vagina'. Katie has several projects in development as writer/director and will be Co-Producing Ffilm Cymru and BBC Wales funded upcoming short film ‘Fisitor’ in 2024.
A member of Directors UK, and female directing collective Cinesisters, Katie also works closely with local charities, mentoring young aspiring filmmakers and creatives.
